Speaker: Chis Daniel, National Director, Association of Churches to Advance the Imago Dei

Prayer is critical, but does it matter how "hard" we pray? What does the Bible say about how God responds to his people when they "cry out" to him? Is God more responsive when we are in desperate situations or when we pray with atypical intensity? This Ministry Lunch will look at some key biblical passages, along with some examples from the founding and mission of our nonprofit and consider together how these insights into prayer and God's fatherly responsiveness to his children might apply to all of our prayer lives and the various situations that we find ourselves in.
