Scholarships

Our mission

Our mission to equip faithful pastors, counselors, and ministry leaders hinges upon students being able to afford seminary. We want to make the cost of biblical theological education within reach. To this end, we award $1.8 million in scholarships each year.

Scholarships Overview

Scholarships are weighted towards ministry experience, affiliation, and need. Typically awards fall into these three categories as a way to allow us to identify those who most closely align with our mission to train pastors, counselors, and ministry leaders.

Most of the time, scholarships do not stack. Meaning you usually cannot combine two scholarships to create a bigger scholarship (the exception to this is if students are receiving a scholarship from outside of Covenant Seminary).
