seeks to contribute to better understanding of the Christian Scriptures, theology, church history, and related fields and topics for the health of the church and its leaders, the spread of the gospel and Christ’s kingdom, and the promotion of God’s glory.

The Dr. David Calhoun Collection honors the longtime professor of church history at Covenant Seminary. Dr. Calhoun embodied the pastor-scholar model of Covenant’s faculty. His life was devoted to serving the church, and his writing reflects a commitment to biblical scholarship, church history, and missions. For the first time, many of his shorter works are collected in one volume to celebrate his life’s work of over 40 years.
