Kristen was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where she spent her early childhood. When she was 10 years old, her family moved to Rothesay, New Brunswick, Canada—the place she calls home. She attended Crandall University where she earned a BA in English and a BEd in elementary education. While serving in the public school system and in a variety of teaching and discipleship ministries in her local church the Lord gave her the desire to purse formal ministry training. Kristen began her ministry training at Phoenix Seminary where she earned a MABTS. She moved to St. Louis in August 2026 and is thrilled to be pursuing her MDiv at Covenant Theological Seminary.

Kristen enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, trail running, soccer and swimming. She loves music, singing and playing the piano. She also finds great joy in spending quality time with family and friends.
