If you are looking to relocate to St. Louis, where you will live is one of the biggest questions you can ask. We try to take the stress out of this decision by offering on-campus housing available for single students, married couples, and families with children. Our campus housing is located just a short walk from your classroom, which means that you can spend less time in the car and more time at home.

Two-Bedroom: $1020/mo
Three-Bedroom (without patio): $1220/mo
Three-Bedroom (with patio): $1250/mo
Units for Single Students
Private Bedroom: $550/mo
Private Bedroom + Bathroom: $615/mo
Additional Info:
The rental rates listed above are for full-time students. For students taking under 6 credit hours, the rental rates include an additional $80.
The on-campus apartments are located in the Parkway School District. There are also a number of private and parochial schools in St. Louis.
The units for single students come fully furnished and can consist of up to 3 roommates per unit.

Off-campus housing
Many students would prefer to live around the city of St. Louis. Since our campus is conveniently located at the corner of two major interstates, students can live all over and still have a short commute.
