Covenant Seminary’s 2021 Professional Counselor Training Series presents two online Zoom lectures focused on the theme Navigating an Ever-Changing Field.

Speaker: Linda Hermann, LPC, NCC, will draw on her 20+ years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, her 15+ years as a supervisor in the state of Missouri and her time serving on the Board for the Committee for Professional Counselors to help participants:

• Discern whether or not they are ready/able to take on the task of on-line supervision
• Find supervision resources to assist them in making sure they are compliant with regulations, ethics and are using best practices in telemental health supervision
• Explore ethical and logistical stumbling blocks to effective supervision, specifically in telemental health
• Recognize upcoming industry trends in supervision
