What: Approximately 5.7 billion people in the world are oral preference learners and communicators, and more than half of those are among unreached people groups around the world. Globalization, rapid urbanization, and population shifts have brought a more oral preference learners together in population centers around the world. All this makes orality a critical issue for the worldwide church as we seek to carry out God’s mission today.
Join CMI for this conference designed to equip God’s people to understand orality, grapple with its importance for mission, and develop skills for making use of oral methodologies in evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. Experts from StoryRunners will be teaching us the basics of Bible storying. And local practitioners will provide workshops for context specific issues. All are welcome!
