Obtaining Items:

It is possible to obtain most of the articles that are in the ATLA Religion Database regardless of whether the Covenant Seminary Library owns it. To acquire an item, follow these steps:

Articles:

1. First check the Covenant Seminary Library catalog to see if Covenant Seminary owns that issue of the journal.
2. If Covenant Seminary does not own the issue of the journal, click the ILL button on the top left of the screen while viewing the record you are interested in.
3. You will receive an e-mail or phone call from the Covenant Seminary Library when we have received your article from another library. It typically takes about two weeks to receive an item.

Essays:

1. First check the Covenant Seminary Library catalog to see if Covenant Seminary owns the book that the essay is in.
2. If Covenant Seminary does not own the book, search to see if the book is held in MOBIUS. If the book is held in MOBIUS, request the item using the request this item function in MOBIUS. You will then receive a notice from the Covenant Seminary Library when we have received your book -- typically two to three business days.
3. If neither Covenant Seminary nor MOBIUS own the book, click the ILL button on the top left of the screen while viewing the record you are interested in.
4. You will receive an e-mail or phone call from the Covenant Seminary Library when we have received the book from another library. It typically takes about two weeks to receive an item.
