DMin Church Personality & Development Cohort

Participants in the Church Personality and Development Doctor of Ministry (DMin) cohort will interact with faculty mentor Dr. Phil Douglass and other church leaders to learn how to assess a church's most fruitful ministry path. Dr. Douglass' study of church personality and resulting book, What is Your Church's Personality?, have led him to conclude that understanding a church's personality is the key to understanding that church's unique decision making processes, conflict resolution behaviors, and staffing/leadership needs.
