Founded in 1973, The Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) began with about 40,000 members. On its silver anniversary at the end of 1998, the PCA had expanded to almost 300,000 total members. This, then, is a story of those who departed a Southern-based denomination, in a quest of a new reformation that would influence the entire nation and be key in promoting world evangelization.
