Whether you are a full-time pastor or part of a part-time search committee, the process of identifying and choosing qualified pastors is a daunting task. Churches and ministries caught in the cycle of search, fill, and replace are prone to many challenges, with the cost of replacing personnel being estimated at twice the annual salary for that position.

Covenant Seminary’s Placement Services seeks to reduce the excessive paperwork and administrative aspect of ministry placement. In turn, through our interaction with churches and ministries, we will seek to provide a tailored list of potential candidates from a pool of qualified students and alumni.
