Alumni and Pastor Resources

Ministry giftedness is assessed regularly throughout seminary for all students. Many pastoral candidates go on to receive more in-depth assessments to help clarify the expression of their gifts. This individual assessment strengthens our ability to recommend pastoral candidates and alumni to specific ministry contexts. Indicator tools such as Myers-Briggs and RightPath are employed as one part of this gifting-calling-confirming process.

Alumni may access the list of current ministry positions through the Alumni Portal. Other pastors and ministry leaders may contact the Career Services department for assistance with ministry placement.
