Pastors Summit
The Pastors Summit Initiative originated as a program in which small groups of pastors in similar stages of ministry could meet together for fellowship, learning, and processing of the challenges of ministry. These groups met three times annually for two years, and their interactions provided data for a qualitative research project on the ministry experiences of pastors and their families. We are currently experimenting with ways to bring the Pastors Summit to a broader audience in a sustainable manner. We are pursuing plans to equip former Summit participants to facilitate regionalized Pastors Summit groups across the country.
