The MAEM integrates classroom theory with practical application of biblical and educational principles to meet the need for theologically equipped ministry leaders in diverse ministry settings. The program requires 150 hours of practical field education experience to be gained by serving in approved church or other ministry settings.
Students may pursue the MAEM in several ways: full time, part time, day or evening on-campus study, and part time through distance education. Up to 23 credit hours may be taken by distance education, with the remaining 25 hours completed through regular semester classes as well as intensive weekend, January term, and summer classes.
